Residency Program — $2,400
Includes 24 hours of guided clinical time
(a $3,600 value at our standard $150/hr shadow rate)
This residency is designed for nurses who are ready to integrate into real clinical practice through structured shadowing and mentoring inside a functioning aesthetic clinic.
Not Yet Certified?
You do not have to wait to begin. In fact, we recommend starting the residency before attending certification so you enter your course with real context and confidence.
We work with trusted training partners, or you may choose your own program. It must be a hands-on certification that includes live model injections and facial mapping.
After certification — and when you are clinically ready — you may move into mentored clinical practice inside the clinic.
How the Residency Works
You begin with clinical shadowing during live clinic days in 2–3 hour blocks, observing consults, treatments, charting, and workflow.
As competency and confidence develop, you transition into mentored clinical practice under direct guidance when appropriate.
Progression into hands-on care is based on demonstrated readiness and clinical judgment — not time alone.
Earn While You Learn
As residents progress, there may be opportunities to begin earning through services such as GLP medical weight loss, IV therapy, and facials.
These opportunities are introduced based on demonstrated competency and are offered at the discretion of the clinic.
