Led by experienced nurse leaders and educators, our team works together to create individualized treatment plans that support both aesthetic goals and sustainable weight-loss outcomes. We prioritize education, mentorship, and ongoing training to ensure every client receives thoughtful, consistent care—whether you are here for injectables, IV therapy, or GLP-1-based weight-loss treatment.
This is care guided by leadership, supported by teamwork, and focused on results that enhance confidence and longevity.
Hi, I’m Shannon — founder of Anderson Wellness & Vitality, nurse leader, educator, and mentor to nurses pursuing careers in aesthetics and medical weight loss.
With over 17 years of healthcare experience, I bring a strong clinical foundation combined with advanced training in aesthetics, medical weight loss, and women’s health. My background includes Master’s-level clinical education and doctoral-level studies in healthcare leadership, equipping me to lead with both clinical excellence and strategic vision.
Before opening my practice, I served in multiple director-level roles within major DFW hospital systems, including Director of Corporate Development, Director of Leadership Development, and Director of Education. These roles shaped my approach to building high-performing teams, mentoring nurses into confident providers, and creating systems that support both quality care and professional growth.
At Anderson Wellness & Vitality, I lead a collaborative, nurse-led team with a strong emphasis on education, mentorship, and conservative, anatomy-based practice. I am deeply committed to developing nurse injectors through hands-on guidance, ongoing training, and leadership support—ensuring every provider delivers safe, thoughtful, and consistent care.
I was honored to be named a DFW Great 100 Nurse and Teacher of the Year, recognitions that reflect my passion for education and leadership. Today, that passion is woven into every aspect of our practice—from how we care for clients to how we mentor and support the nurses who grow with us.
If you’re a nurse seeking a supportive, education-driven environment with opportunities for growth, leadership, and mentorship, we invite you to explore joining our team.
